Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use pet care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Gift cards and final sale items are also non-refundable unless required by law.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), MEAWCO will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
